Come join us as your friends and acquaintances enjoy showing off their new (or newly honed) Improv skills for a performance evening. See below for details of their course goals (and perhaps you might join us for our next round of classes):
Goals of Improv Classes
• Have fun and share some laughs while learning Improv
• Become a better listener (to others and your own ideas!)
• Learn to access your playful nature!
• Find your funny and have some laughs!
• Brush up on Improv skills and meet new people in your community!
Exploring Improv – In addition to reviewing the basic “rules” of improv such as active listening, agreeing (“Yes-anding”), and creating scenes out of thin air, we will also explore several different improv structures & games to help reinforce the concepts over the 6-week class. This course will culminate in a performance open to the public.
